OUR STORY
We were originally founded in Atlanta, Georgia in the year 2014 , operating under the name Atlanta Cash Offers, LLC. During that period, we successfully bought & closed on numerous properties in the Atlanta Market (valued well over $3M worth) and been responsible for helping many property owners sell their properties fast and responsible for many real estate investors being able to build their investment portfolios. We had always had national aspirations to be able to buy real estate throughout the country, so we decided to accomplish this feat that we needed time to rebrand to a name and platform that would be more nationally relatable - thus OFFERVEST was born.

Victor Bomi
Chief Executive Officer
Victor has worked on the executive level of various companies, (ATLCO Real Estate, Inc, Atlanta Cash Offers, LLC, Kemebi Development Group, Inc.) comes from a finance background having obtained his Bachelors of Business degree in Finance at the University of West Georgia. He has been actively investing in the real estate market since 2012, and has been responsible for the buying and selling of millions of dollars worth of real estate since then. Victor specializes in the acquisition of value-add real estate investment properties in the residential sector. Victor is also involved with various community service initiatives that involve teaching the youth about entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and real estate investing.
Godwin Bomi
Acquisition Manager
Godwin is a go-getter and hardworking business professional. He studied his BBA in Psychology at Jacksonville State University and comes from a strong customer service and retail background. He has hands on experience as a great problem solver and people person in the retail and marketing field. Outside of Real Estate, Godwin enjoys basketball and working on his Photography/Videography business. He was also the leader and Most Valuable Player in his High School Basketball team his senior year. If there was anyone that would have been the perfect partner to co-found OFFERVEST with - it was Godwin, someone who always puts the needs of others before himself.
Amy Oraefo
Attorney
Amy Oraefo, Esq., owner of Amy Oraefo, P.C. and Of Counsel to Taylor English, has experience in various business and transactional law matters. Prior to opening her boutique law firm, Amy Oraefo, P.C., Ms. Oraefo worked in-house in the Legal Division of the world headquarters of SAS Institute, Inc. – a Fortune 100 software company in Cary, North Carolina.
Ms. Oraefo focuses on the areas of Corporate, Entertainment, and Intellectual Property Law.
Ms. Oraefo has a passion for community service and her desire to encourage and
motivate individuals to pursue their dreams proves to be her driving force. Previously,
Ms. Oraefo served as a writer and contributor for The Huffington Post and Huff Post Live
where she provided both personal and professional insight to a national and international
audience. Currently, Ms. Oraefo is a member of The Recording Academy and she is also
involved in several organizations that promote the growth of entrepreneurship and
entertainment within the community.
