We can close as immediately as you would like. All legal real estate transaction in the United States require a general title search which usually takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks. This is why we always state that we can close in 2 weeks or less, typically we like to give the attorneys and title company ample time to research the title for any unforeseen circumstances and be sure we are buying the property free and clear of any liens. We are also flexible to close on your time frame if you need a little bit more time as well.
